    This review is for Joe, the Head of Maintenance at Oliver Place. He is polite, efficient, and his work quality is amazing! His replies to maintenance requests are quick, e.g., within the hour, and he fixes the issue within the next few days (or sooner). His work quality is high - I have never asked him to fix anything twice. In addition to his work quality and efficiency, he is friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

    Managers evidently don't speak to each other and give out different rules then accost and threaten you when you don't know which one to follow. I was given 2 different timelines and when I tried to explain this I was cut off repeatedly after being cornered by the landlord. She refused to hear anything at all, was extremely rude and dismissive. However since this I've had no other issues, other staff members are lovely. For that reason I am bumping from 1 star to 3 stars.
