We have lived here for 14 years. Nancy did the latest lease renewal and it was the most timely and efficiently done EVER. Nancy does a super job and is a great representative for Centurion Properties. Thanks, John and Beverly Day

If you’re a student or work from home, do NOT rent here!!! I’m genuinely pissed writing this because I can’t take the jackhammering and this bullshit anymore, but people deserve to know what they’re walking into. Before moving in, it’s very easy to be misled by the number of glowing reviews about Nancy. A lot of people will look at that and assume it must be a great place to live. I don’t think she’s a bad person, but I do think it’s sketchy how pushy she is about getting tenants to write good reviews instead of letting reviews reflect people’s actual experiences. Multiple tenants have said they felt pressured to leave positive reviews, which makes the overall rating feel misleading and not representative of what living here is actually like. When I moved in, the building was already under major renovations for new pipes. I was told during the walkthrough that it “wouldn’t take very long.” That was complete bullshit. There were water shut offs from 9–5, Monday to Friday, for months. Not days. Not weeks. Months. Tenants were losing their minds. People were constantly complaining to each other, and it was obvious this level of disruption was not new or unusual for this building. And that doesn’t even include the jackhammering. This building has constant “rolling” renovations. Every time someone moves out, their unit gets renovated, which often involves jackhammering. This is not rare or occasional. Jackhammering happens anywhere from 1–2 times a month to 2–3 times a week, usually from 9–5. It does not matter what floor you live on. You WILL hear it. You will feel it. Noise cancelling headphones do absolutely nothing. This building is heavily populated by students, which makes this even more insane. I constantly hear students talking about not being able to study at home, having to reschedule online exams, or being completely screwed because they have nowhere else to take those exams. To make it worse, notices about this kind of work often go up on Fridays, leaving students scrambling with little to no time to adjust before exams or deadlines. I’ve also heard multiple people who work from home say they can’t function during the day because of the noise. At one point, I personally witnessed a tenant go to the landlord to complain about one of the ongoing issues. Immediately after, I saw the landlord turn to someone else and say that the tenant was one of the people who just needed to “get out.” That alone should tell you how tenant concerns are handled here. I have also overheard multiple conversations and been directly told more than once that new tenants were not warned about ongoing jackhammering or repeated water shut offs, even while those issues were actively happening. People were signing leases without being told what they were about to deal with. Renovations happen. I get that. But this is excessive, ongoing, and completely incompatible with studying or working from home. The true scope and frequency of this was absolutely not made clear before I signed my lease, and I would NEVER have rented here if I had known this is just how living in this building is. If you need a quiet or even remotely predictable environment during the day, especially if you’re a student or remote worker, consider this a serious warning. The apartment itself might look nice, but the constant renovations make it miserable to actually live here. P.S. I’m posting this using an email with a fake name to protect myself from retaliation. I don’t feel comfortable saying this under my real name, and most tenants I’ve spoken to feel the same way.

I recently moved here and had a really pleasant experience! Nancy was welcoming and made the moving process smooth and easy! She is especially kind and incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Everyone from staff to other tenants are extremely friendly, all in all a great community. Highly recommend!
