- JKJennifer Knutson3 days ago5.0I lived at Grand Central Manor III for almost 3 years. My experience there was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nancy and the maintenance guys Derek and Tracy. The building is centrally located within walking distance to many amenities. I rarely drove anywhere. In the summer there is a nice farmer's market on 104th street. Save on foods is across the street as well as many restaurants. It is also a very pet friendly building. My 2 mini Australian shepherds received many hello's and pets, whenever we were in the elevator or lobby. Had I not had the opportunity to move back to the North, I would still be living there.

I have lived here for over 8 years and the last year has been full of water shut downs, privacy issues and relentless noise! New plumbing? What a joke. Contractors in and out of suites (sometimes several times a day) for months with ZERO interest in the tenants privacy. Tenants had to lock up animals 8 hours a day, 5 days a week if not at home!! Belongings moved from closets for weeks at a time. One tenant didn't have her washer and dryer for weeks! When I complained to one contractor about the water pressure, he lied by stating it wasnt possible to have strong water pressure on my floor. Really?? Had it for over 7 years! New plumbing has been installed apparently??? yet still have water shutdowns and only intermittent hot water!!! It is AFTER 500pm and again I am listening to a deafening jackhammer from suite upgrades above. Relentless for 8 hours+ a day for sometimes days at a time. At least the hammering and drilling has stopped on the weekends. No peace or privacy in the foreseeable future yet Centurion was quick to increase my rent for the 4th straight year. This 1 year lease is my last.

What really stands out is the management team, Jeevan and Nancy have been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made my move-in experience smooth and welcoming, always taking the time to answer questions and ensure everything was in order. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness.
