  I’ve had a good experience living at G17 Apartments at Tamarack. The building is modern, clean, and the amenities like the gym and common areas are well maintained. The management team is helpful and usually responds quickly to maintenance requests.

  I lived here for 3.5 years. While I liked living here there are some problems. Parking: parking costs $60/month that's just ridiculous. Cleanliness: the apartment complex in 785 has this strong odor that was supposed to be contained to the units themselves. The lobby is often dirty with things being abandoned in the lobby. Damage deposit returns: I've waited 2 months for my damage deposit and not only that the cheque itself bounced. I can't afford this i have bills to pay and now I'm sitting here with a negative balance waiting for my damage deposit situation being sorted.

  Great Service.In Office Simran is very helpful and whenever I had any problem she helped me every time.

  This apartment building is excellent! We have lived here 4 months & have not had a problem. If there was anything we needed fixed, we just put in a maintenance request & it was attended to the next day. The people in the office helped us immeasurably with computer stuff & changing parking stalls. All of the staff that we have met have been most helpful & friendly.

  Very disappointing experience this morning due to poor snow management. The road inside our building 781 was completely blocked with heavy snow, and multiple cars were stuck. We contacted the office for help, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided when it was most needed. Because of this situation, my husband had to take an Uber to get to work, and I had to cancel my daughter’s important appointment. It caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and wasted time early in the morning. Thankfully, a few kind residents from the building stepped in and helped remove the snow and get my car out. I am very grateful to them—but this should not be the responsibility of residents. Proper and timely snow removal is a basic service, especially during winter, and today’s situation clearly showed a serious lack of management and responsiveness. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made so residents don’t have to face this kind of hardship again.
