  Throughout the application process, the experience was professional, organized, and positive. Communication was clear and timely, and all required documentation was submitted promptly and thoroughly. The level of responsibility and transparency demonstrated reflects strong reliability and respect for the rental process. Saad made it super easy and highly recommend anyone to apply for residency here .

  I recently moved into the building and it’s been such a great experience so far. They host lots of events for residents, which I love. The building is also super pet-friendly, they always have treats on hand and even do a “Dog of the Month,” which is so cute. I’ve also had such a positive experience with management, especially Saad. He made the entire move-in process feel easy and seamless, and he’s always available for any questions or even just for a chat. Huge thank you to everyone at The Citizen on Jasper for making it a 10/10 place to live!

  The Citizen on Jasper is one of the nicest buildings I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are excellent , a lounge with a full kitchen, a sky lounge with incredible views, a full gym, hot tub, dog walking area, dog cleaning station, and even coffee and sparkling water in the lobby. Everything is consistently clean and well maintained. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the surrounding area is just as great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. Most importantly, the management team doesn’t ignore residents. They’re responsive, professional, and quick to make things right. Saad is always approachable, proactive, and genuinely cares about residents. You can tell he takes pride in the building and in the community he’s helping create. Every interaction with him is positive, and he consistently goes above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to find management that’s this attentive and invested , he sets the standard.

  Avoid Plan H units. We lived in Unit 1811 at Citizen on Jasper for almost 3 years. In 2025, our unit flooded twice: once in February and again in December. Both happened during the winter and were caused by a pipe burst from floors above us. After each flood, our unit smelled like mold for days, with people constantly in and out. They also left six huge drying machines running in our small unit for over a week, which made it really uncomfortable to live in. On top of that, communication has been frustrating. It often takes days to hear back from management. We’re currently trying to get our security deposit returned, and responses have been extremely slow. Dealing with all of this more than once was stressful, and knowing it could keep happening made it hard to feel comfortable living there. Ultimately, it played a big role in our decision to move out. Sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision.
