He took the time to educate us about every option and explained the pros and cons of each. His knowledge of all the commercial office space throughout Edmonton was incredible. Our firm was a very challenging client for Mark because we wanted to explore many, many different opportunities including for sale properties, rental properties, build-outs and existing spaces with and without renovations. Mark assisted us capably with excellent knowledge of how each option would be negotiated and what the impact would be on our bottom line. Sarah Henderson also assisted in the process, being available to show us properties and discuss our options. She was also wonderful to work with. Mark negotiated us a fantastic deal.
