  Such a Great Stay! This place was awesome! The service was so attentive—they got every little thing I needed sorted right away. The manager here is so amazing—super nice and crazy attentive. She helped me with everything the whole time. The service felt so personal thanks to her, and the apartment’s cozy too. 10/10

  Ive been living here for 3 months and have never had any issues, the management are all wonderful people and will go above and beyond for you. A HUGE thank you to Kristen and Amanda again for checking on my bunny and feeding him well my plane was delayed at a different airport. Thanks Jordan for always being so on top of every maintenance request I've had! Great work!!

  Living at Beacon Place for the last 2 years has been a great experience. The newly renovated suites are stylish and modern, it’s centrally located and the building management team was very helpful. Would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place downtown. Meghan Murray

  The building went through 3 different property managers in the time that I was there. The noise levels coming up the hill in the summertime are unbearable, you hear motorcycles ripping at all hours of the night and cars racing down the hill. The underground parking isn't enclosed or heated and I had my car broken into. There were times blood would be splattered on the entry ways door and it wouldn't be cleaned FOR DAYS. it wasn't uncommon you would walk out and find a group of passed out junkies who managed to get into the outdoor area they have provided. Homeless people are always digging through the bins and throwing garbage everywhere. Needles littered the alley. The building gets incredibly hot with no break from the heat if you live on the upper floors. Even with the heat nearly off, in the winter the apartments internal temperature was clocked at 34 degrees. In the summer it hit 43. When moving out I had booked off the elevator weeks in advance, well no one showed up to actually book it off making the move out process take far longer than it should have. Also the first property manager told me we had to pay $20 for a laundry card, turns out we didn't and when she was let go, she had told me she would return the money. She didn't, instead she bought a dog. When I talked to management they ignored for months and months. Even Amanda did. Not to mention the noise you get from the units above you This was the worst experience I've ever had in a building ever. They also heavily encourage you to leave a positive review so don't always believe what you see

  Ive lived here for a year. I love it!...awesome location and the management duo is amazing! They did a bunch of Reno's and they look awesome :)
