  This place is beautiful! Mountain views, close to downtown, incredible amenities and the best client service we’ve received in our condo search. An outdoor pool?!! Comprehensive security system, handy garbage chute and a beautiful community room… we are convinced this place is The One. Property Administrator Glenyi Herrera was so accommodating in our search, and answered all our questions with patience, kindness and genuine care.

  Oue experience with Diana was exceptional. She made our move to Podium seamless. She explained everything, was patient and very supportive. Thank you. The social events have been fantastic. Having the opportunity to meet other residents was really important to us. Podium has a great sense of community. We would highly recommend living here.

  We recently moved to Podium and are exceptionally pleased. The staff is wonderful. Diana and the management staff have been more than helpful. Jonah, Rolando and the maintenance crew go over and above!! The grounds with all the flower boxes , swimming pool, BBQ etc are show pieces. If there is any service required, the crew is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend the facility to anyone!

  We’ve been living at Podium Apartments since May 2025, and overall it has been a positive experience. One of the things we appreciate most is the sense of community the management team is intentionally building. Throughout the year, they organize events that bring residents together, which makes the building feel more welcoming and connected rather than just a place to live. The administrative and maintenance staff are approachable, friendly, and genuinely supportive. There’s also a resident app where you can submit maintenance requests, and in our experience, issues are typically addressed the same day or by the next day. The team communicates clearly and explains next steps when needed, which adds a level of transparency and trust. The building offers great practical features too — security cameras, modern appliances, spacious rooms, a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, bathtubs in both bathrooms, and the convenience of one underground parking stall plus one outdoor spot per unit. One thing to keep in mind is that the building is not fully soundproof. You can hear neighbors at times or people walking through the hallways, so if you’re particularly sensitive to noise, that’s something worth considering. That said, the overall living experience has been comfortable and positive. The amenities and community atmosphere really stand out, and we’re especially looking forward to enjoying the pool next summer.
