  Jan krol is probably one of the rudest people I ever come across... ontop he is trying to make a buck as well..everything is your fault. When its not (have texts to back this) he doesnt help with the issue, he just makes an issue out of your issue! He is suppose to be the support for the carrington condos.. I can tell you he is not! Whenever ive called its always him and another lady .. clearly they dont care about helping the people that live here with their on going issues. Ive dealt with Jan myself.. he's so un professional he literally just stops picking up your call, (i also have proof) doesnt respond to emails or texts. Simply because he doesnt want too.. or if he can't charge you for something. I find him super disrespectful, completely for himself. Its a really a shame because Carrington condos are beautiful. Its a Shame, you have someone who clearly doesnt like their job. *2026/02/20* I just wanted to post a follow up! I spoke to Tia through Citysearch! We spoke over the phone, She was very helpful and understanding throughout this entire ordeal! She listened to exactly what had transpired between the prior collegue and myself and my landlord. She fixed the ongoing issue that I had stated above. She is Very professional and understanding. I really am appreciative that this matter has been taken care of. Carrington condos, and I will say again are beautiful, well maintained. Again very appreciative that this matter has been resolved.

  We want to be very honest why we recommend City search 100%. It has not been just one action that makes us say this, it has been many actions working as a team to make us say it, and really mean it. The first time we met with them, they explained to us , it is not just about post the house, rent it, and it is done. It is a process, Citysearch used due diligence to find the right renters, it was never just about to get the rent money. Their screen process to find renters is done pretty well (credit score, employment , referals) and so much more, some offers were even turned down. We are so glad we have never had any kind of problem created by the tenants. Because it has been such a good experience, we decided to get a second rental property, and have had the same great results. The Citysearch team and tenants as well, have always been great and have created a moral bound to us, it may sound too exaggerated to say this, but we haven't had any problems at all, we not only agree with the repair (Citysearch always asks us before fixing anything and tells us what happened), we became proactive (furnace check up, plumbing maintenance, clean eavesdrop), and last August the furnace and hot boiler tank got replaced, not because they were broken, just to be proactive. Just one more thing, in one of the houses there was a small basement flooding because there were roots on the city pipes. At the time, we had a family situation we really needed to focus on, we told Citysearch and they understood and looked after the flooding completely. Lisa and Lana have been guiding us to understand the rental market and take the right next step. We are also glad we met Janice who taught us the first steps to being new landlords. Overall a very great team!!!
