- AMAlisha MusaDec 12, 20251.0TERRIBLE. Wish I could give zero stars. Thankfully my Condo board is ending their contract this year and we will have a new management company. It’s been 2 weeks since I reached out, the property manager who also happens to be the VP of Operations hasn’t responded. I hope any condo board considering their services reads the reviews. I’m not sure what plumbing issue you are referring to. My issue is with my outside outlet. I emailed and left several voicemails without a response. After 2 weeks I was finally able to connect with someone saying an electrician would be dispatched. It has been over a week and I have not heard from anyone other than you responding to the review and not knowing what the issue is.

Your tickets will be closed with no call back and marked as completed. You call back and all that can be done is submitting a new ticket that you have to wait another 48-72 hours for a response. This company is not here to help. At this point I have to complain publicly on google in hopes the CEO takes notice and my issue might possibly get resolved. I will be discussing with my board and during our next AGM finding a new property management company. I honestly regret buying my condo because of C-Era and feel like my property is being devalued because of them.

Moving notices were almost non-existent and when it came to moving out, extra charges have been added on to my move. I would call it a bit of a gong show and definitely out for the money grab.
- GJGlenn JefferiesDec 4, 20251.01 Star — Would give zero if I could C-ERA Property Management has been extremely disappointing to deal with, especially when trying to sell my home. Sellers are required to provide important documents to realtors in a timely manner, yet C-ERA offered absolutely no support. The “Town Square” app they provide is full of outdated documents, and most of them are locked anyway. Every time I submit a request through the app, I get a notification saying the request was closed with no explanation. Completely useless. Trying to speak to a real person is impossible. Calling C-ERA only leads to recordings that go nowhere, or I get routed to U.S. numbers that can’t help with Canadian properties. Emails to the property manager have gone unanswered, and none of the contact numbers provided lead to anyone who can help. For the amount of money they charge in fees, the level of service is far below acceptable. Good luck if you choose to deal with them — you’ll need it.
