  The furnace in my condo has quit operating in the middle of winter, and I cannot replace it without board authorization. The C-Era representative who is managing our complex has been completely unhelpful, and has made no reply to my urgent request for emergency assistance. To my knowledge, the matter has not even been referred to the board. The office was closed when I called at 3 p.m. on a Friday, even though the website says they are open until 4. The so-called emergency contact is a remote operator who has no authority to do anything but refer the emergency to the office, which, of course, is closed until Tuesday owing to the long weekend. My wife and I and our cat may freeze to death because we have no heat, and C-Era is completely incompetent to deal with this emergency and does not care.

  my son’s vehicle lic plate was stolen (as I recd call from police) it was parked in condo ( condo August in university ave nw university district) underground parkade .i called condo ofc Feb 2 ato 12pm to speak to mgr, reception ssys she’s doesn’t know who’s the mgr , told her unit nr / parkade nr etc, she says will get mgr to email my son directly / get back to me, left her my cell nr too, waited a day / or two, no one called. 2nd time I called, à guy put me thru to homesbyavi for no reason, of course homesbyavi says nothing to do w it .. i I didn’t ask to speak to them.. line hung up, I called the 3rd times, got the mgr name, Dan Schwartz. told receptionist over again the same story / get him to call me,, it’s been almost 10 days now.. no one called.. how bad is tis management..co..they don’t respect people..at least a courtesy call..
