- DADoug AnesiAug 21, 20214.0I got mixed up on my pets appointment time of 1:00. The groomer called me at 1:00 and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I have been waiting for 2 months to get my dog groomed I asked if I could bring him down asap. He said that was fine. I was there within 15 minutes. Groomer was very congenial and did an excellent job. Really appreciated it.

The cut is uneven, missed a lot of hair on the feet, Missed the inside of his back legs, they gave him a flat top on his head instead of rounding to the shape of his head. he is 11 years old and this is the worst he has ever had. I will take him to another groomer to see if they can make him look Presentable. My Girl friend is really upset with the job they did on him. Never Again!

He was matted pretty bad and his first haircut was as expected. On April 12 Audra had booth of our dogs scheduled and did an amazing job. I was concerned because one of the puppys' ears just fell down and didn't go back up. I went back and spoke with a girl about it and she said she would give the boss and Audra the message, no one called so I took Joey into the shop. If Joey had gotten hurt I needed to know so I could take him to the vet. I spoke with the manager and she reassured me that this sometimes happens with yorkies. I was so relieved! Audra is an awesome stylist and you are lucky to have her! And I am lucky that she takes such good care of my dogs.
