  Even though my pup was to young to be helped at the time, this place had impeccable response time. Great attitudes and when we got too the clinc we got saw by the vet within minutes. Good place very fast

  came at 8:55 Am. i was waiting outside because i knew you open at 9AM i seen a customer walk in, an old lady so i went inside the store. i only needed one thing i knew where it was. when i walked to the front nobody was there so i waited. when nobody came for a few minutes i started walking around looking for a worker. i seen them but they where busy so i just walked back to the front. when a worker came she was mid age maybe 33. She was very confused about how i got in which makes sense as a worker myself who opens my store it would shock me as well so i explained that the front doors where open and i came in after i seen somebody else come in. she was very rude the entire transaction, continued to ask how i got in when i had told her, continued to tell me they where not open yet (it was 8:59 at this point.) Just very upset with this whole experience. why could this lady just not have sent me out to wait till they opened if it really bothered her so much. it is not my store i did not leave the door open you did. do better. customer service should always be top priority, you never know what someone is going through and i was so beyond kind to you. do better!
