  I could not recommend this place enough! The customer service was phenomenal. Trista answered my questions and made intelligent recommendations for my dog, Kevin, for his spa day. The grooming itself was awesome, Kev seemed happy before and after the grooming, and was looking like a brand new pup (he's almost 13!) The app they use is a breeze to schedule on too.

  This was my first time bringing my St. Bernard. Everything was great, everyone was very nice and they took wonderful care of my dog. Definitely will be back!

  Julia was amazing with our dog, Georgie! We left him for boarding and training for a few weeks while we were out of town and were able to get away without having to worry. He had some incidents with resource guarding and we wanted to get rid of that so everyone could feel safe around him. He wasn’t an easy dog to handle and she was able to train him with extreme patience. We also received daily updates and photos which were much appreciated. Since coming home, we haven’t had any issues with Georgie biting or lunging. He also has respected our commands a lot more. Julia also sent us home with instructions and things to continue. Julia is great and so is all the lovely staff at Elevation. They were always available to answer questions and put you at ease. Highly recommend it :)
