- BBBrandi BensonDec 27, 20255.0I cannot type enough to praise the staff at Red Hills. We were visiting from out of town and just needed a quick appt. for updated labs. The staff and doctor went above and beyond providing more than we could’ve asked for. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The lobby was nice and cozy with holiday decorations. The technician was amazing. She was so caring and genuine and broke down the costs of our appointment. Dr. Seff was outstanding and sat and explained every piece of the lab results. She was so welcoming. I would not hesitate to go back. If we needed an appointment while visiting again, had an emergency for our furbabies, or if someone asked us if we had a vet we could recommend in Gillette, I would send them to Red Hills in a heartbeat. Thank you all for fitting us in over the holidays and for taking care of our furbaby. :)

We called Red Hills, and they were quick to get us in. The office itself is incredibly nice, the waiting room was large with plenty of room to space out patients, and every staff member we interacted with was very nice. Dr. Courtney was incredible with our nervous girl, walked us through results, and was just genuinely kind. We were so nervous to leave our beloved vet in our home town, but we feel so much better after this visit. Can’t recommend enough!
