We called Red Hills, and they were quick to get us in. The office itself is incredibly nice, the waiting room was large with plenty of room to space out patients, and every staff member we interacted with was very nice. Dr. Courtney was incredible with our nervous girl, walked us through results, and was just genuinely kind. We were so nervous to leave our beloved vet in our home town, but we feel so much better after this visit. Can’t recommend enough!

We got a quote on what it will cost for my 2 dogs to get rabies and the Bordetella. $150! “We have proof!”It would be around $100ish with the points we had. Up front, it was $302 before points and $250.50 after! You should not be charging us a 2 office exam per dog when it’s all one appoinment. We have never been charged for 2! They charged us for bio hazard waste at $9.25 each! We should not have to pay for that. That’s new!!! On the receipt, it says WELLNESS EXAM WITH VACCINE! So the vaccine would go with the exam? If not, get rid of that crap that says “with vaccine!” I think we got over charged or charged incorrectly! The lady at the counter looked very new, I have never seen her before. The vet tech and doc was awesome, but this is ridiculous! Lastly, the room was never cleaned, I had another persons dog hair all over me and on my dogs! Very disgusting and pure Laziness. I don’t care if it was Sunday, you should always make sure the rooms are clean at each visit. We will not be back because nothing got fixed. We will be going to a traveling vet!
