Today they had a hose drug across the floor to drain some tanks and there was not a warning or safety sign around it. The lid was off the cricket trash can so they could escape. Nobody ever offered to help us so we left.

This is highly unprofessional to repremand an employee in front of your customers. I actually felt badly for him. He looked like he could cry. If this girl is in a position of leadership then I feel sorry for the staff and think HR should get involved. I will not be back.
