From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and took the time to really understand my concerns. I’ve had a few bad grooming experiences before, so I was nervous, but Kirsten’s thorough intake and calm approach totally put me at ease. Herbie was happy going in and just as relaxed when I picked him up. His haircut was exactly what we discussed, his fur was super soft, and even a week later he still smells like coconut! You can tell Kirsten truly cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend!
