- HHHampered by HomosapiensDec 9, 20255.0Both our pups were over due for a full grooming. Staff was friendly. Worked us into the schedule. Groomer met with us to discuss what we wanted done and to get a read on each of our pups temperament. At pick up staff met with us again to make sure we were satisfied with the pups grooming and to give us a rundown on what all they did/found during grooming. Both dogs were super excited and happy. Both smells great. Nails trimmed well. No issues, will bring them back again.
