  I find this pet store to have more variety than the other store in town of the big box type. They're about equal as far as product availability for my cats however. As with the other big box pet store, I don't like the live birds and pocket pets or fish in the shops and wish that all that space would go to more adoption areas for cats and dogs. Or more products. I just feel like the birds the pocket pets and the fish just don't have enough space or quality of life while in these cages waiting to be bought. And then I feel like the cats don't have enough space to stretch out. Otherwise it's a good store with reasonable prices although it can be a little pricey on certain things

  My older daughter and I went in looking for something for her Eco shrimp tank, as we looked we saw nothing but horror. To be honest i was disgusted. 5 fish tanks with multipledead fish just floating or sunk to the bottom, dead shrimp and other fish in their hold tanks for people to come pick up and also dead snails!!! There was a family of 4 with 2 small girls walking around and unfortunately saw this tragic picture. Thats what bothered me the most. And for the experience of buying my daughter was told everything she wanted would get to big so she decided on a snail, she was also bombarded with unless questions being told what she wanted wouldnt work or she had to buy a school of them for them to thrive. All the while my daughter had done research on what she wanted for her tank.Let's hope it stays alive and doesn't kill what she has already.

  Great selection of supplies and toys for my dog and he gets so excited as soon as we pull in the lot. He knows he gets to go pick out his own chewy bones and toys. They also have grooming services as well as obedience classes for pet and pet parents. They also carry a large selection of supplies and toys for my cat and my bird as well as fish and other pet supplies.

  I called to ask for information about spay and neutering and after being told they don’t do that at the location the associate also had no idea of any places locally that do. I understand they’re a big company but they should be also able to provide the community with assistance with referrals at the least…

  The store personnel were very attentive and helpful placing the order. My only complaint is I paid an additional shipping charge of ~$17 to receive the order by Wednesday, Feb 4 and the estimated delivery is Friday, Feb 6. I think the extra delivery charges should be refunded.
