  This hospital only cares about your pet if you can afford $700 to $800 for an exam and X-rays. I called tonight distraught because my dog had sudden paralysis in her back legs and loss of bladder control and she was trembling in pain . I was told the price and when I said I didn’t get paid till Friday a man with zero empathy used his customer service voice to tell me to apply for credit when I told him I’m disabled and can’t qualify and asked him how can anyone could afford it he replied “ well plenty of people do” watching my dog in pain I said please can you tell me if there’s anything I can give her to easy her pain to which he replied again with no empathy at all “ we don’t give advice over the phone you have to come in and pay for it “ he had so little empathy or compassion that he might as well be AI. Actually chat gpt was much kinder to me when I asked what to do then he was.

  Always great to see Dr. Becky and the crew, especially when it's just for routine annual exams and vaccinations, and not an emergency. I know my pets (dogs & cats) will get a thorough check-up, excellent care, and that anything other than normal will be detected and explained to me so that we can figure out any next steps.

  Cheat Lake Animal Hospital is fantastic with my Italian greyhounds. They will be doing a dental surgery on my dog Sergio. They were so professional gave me a quote and I know my baby will have the best care.

  I took my cat here today.. I will NEVER take him elsewhere. In a 2 hour visit they were 5x more thorough than the emergency vet I had spend 14 hours at the night prior. Within 20 minutes of arrival my cat had a urine sample, bladder ultra sound, and we were discussing what else would be a good idea to look at. They went above and beyond, literally doing things they didn’t even have to do. Also, they are beyond reasonable with prices and the place is clean! They are the most caring team I’ve met, from receptionists to the doctors and everyone in between. I can not thank them enough for their time today. 5 stars isnt enough.
