  Staff member insinuated that I lied about the medication I recevied today for my dog. When I got home and opened the bottle, the Meds were wet and ticks in the bottom of the bottle. I returned to the office an hour later and show the staff. They insinuated that the medication did not leave their office like that. Hummmmm.

  The staff is friendly. Dr Stevenson was great with our Samantha/aka Sammy. We discovered a heart murmur, collapsed trachea & a swollen heart. Between the appt , exam fee & medication cost it went over 500$. I'm not rich. She is my mothers dog. Mom passed away 5 months ago. Sam is in my care. As I said, great & friendly staff. Dr Stevenson was great. But the prices are a bit much. Thank you

  Really the best experience your dear ones could have. The staff are so kind and capable, the facility is so clean. My dogs were so happy there. And the prices were very reasonable.
