- SHSir HeidelbergMar 1, 20231.0Their groomer with the gauge ear rings in her ear, cut a 5in wide strip down my Son's back, then decides to call me and say she can't cut his hair. As if she couldnt see that before hand. I will never in my life step foot in this place again. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Even after hearing bad info about that groomer I decided to give her a shot, and it's true. She's lazy and obviously doesn't know what she is doing.
