  We took our dog Lucy to Petco and had a wonderful experience. Steven did an excellent job with her grooming—her hair looks great, her nails are perfectly trimmed, and her teeth cleaning was a nice added touch. He was very kind, gentle, and professional throughout the entire visit, which made us feel completely comfortable leaving Lucy in his care. We will definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Steven!

  Linda does an amazing job with our feisty springer! She is so kind and patient with her and I feel so comfortable leaving her with Linda to get her looking good!

  Steve groomed Libby. I was impressed with him. He approached her slowly and kept talking to her. Two of the groomers were having problems holding onto a big dog and Steve told one how to hold onto the dog and the dog calmed down. He definitely comes with a lot of experience!

  Goldendoodle rescue here. The older woman did an amazing job for his first groom. We just took him for his second and I am not one to make an actual complaint but this time was a horrible experience. Such a short cut that he was itchy and uncomfortable for days. His left and right ear was clipped and scabbed over. Then his tail and butt had been cut so short it had razor burn. Same with his snout and left eyebrow. We only asked that his tail and ears were kept with length and the ears were completely shaved. We deep conditioned often and combed his ears every other day. They were not matted and no note of a matt was stated or written. Can't say we can go back here ever again.
