    Steve groomed Libby. I was impressed with him. He approached her slowly and kept talking to her. Two of the groomers were having problems holding onto a big dog and Steve told one how to hold onto the dog and the dog calmed down. He definitely comes with a lot of experience!

    Goldendoodle rescue here. The older woman did an amazing job for his first groom. We just took him for his second and I am not one to make an actual complaint but this time was a horrible experience. Such a short cut that he was itchy and uncomfortable for days. His left and right ear was clipped and scabbed over. Then his tail and butt had been cut so short it had razor burn. Same with his snout and left eyebrow. We only asked that his tail and ears were kept with length and the ears were completely shaved. We deep conditioned often and combed his ears every other day. They were not matted and no note of a matt was stated or written. Can't say we can go back here ever again.

    Our "Zoey" šŸ• would never let us, (or even the vet!) trim her nails, but at Petco she doesn't mind at all! šŸ©· Petco is my go-to place when a nail trimming is in need and I can't wait to bring in my new furbaby, "Beenie BB!" šŸ¶ šŸ©µ
