The lady at the desk took 20 entire long minutes to check us in on the computer, talked so quietly I couldn't hear her and barely looked at us. We were also really upset that the Itty bitty lobby was so tight we had to struggle to avoid another customers two small dogs who she happily shared " bite and aren't friendly ". We were trapped in there trying to block our dog from her dogs, so it's 4 people and 3 dogs in a broom closet space. Yikes,it's an accident waiting to happen. Ugh. The nail clip itself was reasonably priced and fast, bit it took 30 minutes to get to that point.
