I'm assuming he spent the duration (4days ) locked in a cement kennel. He was Extremely lethargic. I was assuming from the stress of being away , but now I belive straight neglect. Paid to have him bathed and he was so stinky when I picked him up I had to bath him right away at home again. It's been 2 days since pick up and he is still sick with diarrhea. I thought because it was a German shepherd breeder they would have the appropriate care . I was mistaken . And deeply regret leaving my dogs in their care.
