I did not know of the prescription till hours later when it was on my visit summary.. im highly upset.. if they would of asked, i would of told them that my dog was on a prevention.

Went through the pre appointment screening and upon arrival were informed they had "run out" and can return following week. Would have preferred to be informed ahead of time. It was a wasted trip.
