- MGMary GulledgeApr 14, 20261.0I would have continued working with mikayla if she didn’t lie to me about cutting my dogs ears. This has happened 2 times now where I have specifically asked for no cut or trim on ears and she will override my wishes and cuts them anyways. When I come for pickup she will go out of her way to lie and tell me that she didn’t cut them even if I don’t ask. Not to mention, when you leave some of the older, longer hair behind it’s extremely noticeable. However I live my days with this little boy, and I would have noticed either way.

She’s extremely rude and judgmental About what you purchase. She tried to berate me and my wife about the size tank we had for our children’s dwarf hamster. She seemed weirdly angry that we had a 20 gallon tank and not a 40 gallon tank. Then she had the audacity to tell my wife to be quiet. I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I felt like she deserved it. Thanks for nothing, Kayla.

I took my dog in for a simple haircut, and she came back with wounds that were not there when I dropped her off. There is no excuse for a dog leaving a grooming appointment injured. It makes me feel like my dog was mistreated while she was there. On top of that, she came home with a tick even though my dog has never had ticks before. I trusted this place to take care of my pet, and instead she came back hurt and clearly not properly cared for. This was a horrible experience and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their pets here.
