I had a previous groomer for my pyrs, he'd be stressed, had to be muzzled...the groomer here said no muzzle, he remained calm, he came out happy, beautiful and smelling good. I paid a bit more but it was so worth it knowing he was treated SO much better than previous groomer!

We absolutely love Top of the Valley Pet Resort and their hands-on, interactive daycare program!
They truly go above and beyond to meet each dog’s individual needs—whether it’s spending one-on-one time sitting with them so they’re not alone, engaging them with puzzles, or letting them play and explore on the equipment. It’s clear they focus on both mental and physical enrichment, not just supervision.
Our dogs come home happy, tired, and relaxed—not anxious or stressed—and we’ve even noticed improvements in behaviors like eating habits.
We are so grateful for the incredible care and attention they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a daycare that truly treats your dog like family!

Left my little man here for 3 days and was honestly a little nervous since we’re rarely apart except while I’m at work, but they reassured me he would be in great hands and I totally believe he was. I thought after 3 days he would be ready to leave and run back to me but I was wrong. I’m guessing he made lots of new friends and enjoyed his time here. The place was clean and inviting and staff very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Truly feels like a friend is watching your fur baby. 100% would trust them with my dog again. Thanks again for everything!
I had a great experience with Top of the Valley Pet Resort. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog there. The facility was clean and well organized, and my dog seemed happy and well cared for when I picked him up.
I also used their grooming service, and Lilly did an amazing job! My dog looked so clean and well-groomed, and you can tell she really cares.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!
I boarded my two dogs there for a week; paid for extra walks, and snuggle time, and asked them to be bathed before I pick them up. When I returned, I called to let them know I was coming, and nothing was mentioned, but when I got there the attendant said "M" may have gotten something in his eye and wasn't feeling well today so he didn't go on his walk....but she said they got their baths. No problem... dogs were excited to see me...
But once I got them home I noticed M's eye actually had a low (dented) area and had lots of pus, PLUS his ENTIRE back side was caked in dried feces, to the point we had to cut it out with a scissors. No wonder he didn't want to walk. I traded VM's with TOTVPR but decided to wait until my Vet saw M before a full discussion. When I got him in, they said there was a severe eye infection that had ulcerated, which doesn't happen over night. After some days of treatment we were referred on to veterinary eye specialist. I called again to let them know what was happening, but nobody returned my call.
A total of almost $600 in vet bills later, M is doing better, but we're still not done and his eye will never be the same. I know things can happen while boarding, but this eye was clearly let go too long and NOBODY contacted me or my vet while we were gone...and obviously, he did not get a bath. Very disappointed.
