  Our silver lab, Misty, has completed day-training the past two summers. We sought out training with CCC due to some behavioral issues Misty had such as being overly reactive to people and other dogs, not coming when called, pulling when on the leash --- among other one year old lab issues, and she was naturally scared of people and needed more socialization than living in the country with two retirees provided! We were quite overwhelmed with some of her behaviors and needed help; we had already tried one of the pet store chain's classes. Misty is such a good girl now and a well-behaved family member. She puts herself on "place" when she wants time out or when I'm busy cleaning etc. Misty loved day-training so much, which is why we enrolled her for a shorter refresher period last summer and plan to again this summer if there's an opening. Everyone at CCC truly loves and cares for their dog trainees as if they were their own and they work so closely with the dog owners to ensure understanding, effectiveness, and follow through of training. I highly recommend CCC.

  Crystal Clear Canine is the real deal. They understand dogs but more importantly how we engage with them to ensure their happiness and success. It’s the best investment you will ever make with and for your pup and your family!

  I have sent both of my dogs to Crystal Clear Canine, and I have nothing but great things to say. I sent my Shepard mix because she had a high fear of other dogs after being attacked, CCC was able to help give me ways to help her cope and help Kona with how to trust other dogs. When I started at CCC with Kona I never thought I would be able to have a second dog with her. Fast forward about a year from then and I was able to welcome a sweet Golden into my family, with the proper tools and proper introductions they became the best of friends. I sent Archie to CCC for manners and more basic training, he was a teenage golden with all the feelings and benefited from the routine of class. The biggest thing for me was to be able to walk him without being pulled down the street, we successfully got to that point while also learning many other great skills. Overall I could not recommend CCC more! They were my saving grace! They not only train the dogs but they help the owners with how to navigate their dogs and read them better!

  Crystal Clear Canine Academy in River Falls was a great choice for Mia our 12-week-old pup. We first met for a consultation where we discussed what we wanted from training. It was clear that the trainers truly care about both dogs and their owners. They are patient, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain training techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and apply at home. Colleen and Crystal were really training us too! The training environment is positive, supportive, and structured, which helped our dog make noticeable progress quickly. It’s clear they use effective, humane methods and genuinely want each dog to succeed. If you’re looking for a professional, trustworthy, and results-driven pet trainer in the River Falls area, I can’t recommend Crystal Clear Canine Academy enough. Now that Mia is a year and a half, we plan to revisit them for some follow-up Mia needs.

  There aren’t enough words to describe the difference Crystal, Riley, and her staff made in my life and for my daughter‘s dogs. From the crazy Rhodesian Ridgeback to the goofy Bernedoodle…. CCCA not only helped create great pets, but taught my daughter and I how to be the owners that our dogs needed. It was the best investment. We are still getting requests for Echo the Bernedoodle to be a therapy dog. Copper is now the senior dog with trainers who foster. Endless thanks!!!
