Not just with me either, I saw how he handled and cared for the members in front of me as well. The layout of the store, seemed to be a bit scattered throughout the store, I would have liked to see some adoptable pets maybe from our humane society there such as cats or maybe even dogs. Maybe this is something you already do and I'm just unaware of this. I know with your competitor PetSmart this is something I really enjoy. Also, I was in there for a bit due to personal confusion I couldn't find the proper kitty litter to best suit my needs. I did eventually find one but took almost 40 minutes and I don't believe anyone asked if I needed help. More people like Sean throughout the store proactively monitoring for the needs of customers would be a great help in the future. I loved the turtles 🐢 and valentine cat toy display at the front of the store. That was the pick me up my kitty needed for more playful loving toys.

After waiting for a few minutes, I called the grooming #, and heard it announce on the store PA system, no one answered. Finally, a regular store clerk came over and said, sorry their manager want in, and the groomer had called in sick. Why wasn't I called or texted? I drive 15 miles to Petco for grooming services. Today I had several other things to do in town, soI had to drive my dog back home and come back to town so he would not be sitting in the area for hours. This is NOT good customer service! I recieved a text an hour after my scheduled appointment telling me my appointment had been canceled. No apology or explanation. I am very dissapointed.

After driving 30 minutes to get to Petco, she said they could not groom him due to the medication. We will not be giving Petco our business ever again.
