Nobody came out after 15 min, walked in to see only one cashier working while a manager and another employee stood around petting a dog. My order was marked ready but apparently someone put it back so it wasn’t ready. Took another 10-15 min for them to figure out that my order wasn’t ready an re-pull it. No offer to get help to the car. Usually the discounts on Petco purchases offset the poor customer service, but so over this now. Something similar has happened to us several times now, so will just get all of our pet needs elsewhere. Not that anyone here would care.
