- AFAustin FormillerOct 3, 20192.0Would be one star but giving two because they do in fact do really good work - The experience I had was awful though - I was running behind and dropped my dog off 15 minutes late I showed up, apologized and they pretended like they didn’t know who I was or that I had an appointment - I continued to apologize and the women wouldn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge the fact that I was saying sorry for the late drop off It was a really cold and uninviting experience - after being practically shamed out of the place, I will not be taking my dog back to The Dog Depot
