TrostNov 21, 20251.0so disappointed and angry. i brought my cockapoo to be groomed on november 13. i specifically said i did not want him cut too short because of the upcoming cold weather. i repeated that 4 times and my last sentence as i left was "not too short." 65 minutes later (must be a record) i received a text my dog was finished. as company policy - i paid before i saw my dog. the groomer had shaved my dog down to his skin. no wonder he was finished so rapidly. i could see the razor marks on his skin. shaved. it was so extreme i can only assume she shaved him with purpose. i had my dog trained at petco. i had my dog groomed at petco. i bought his treats bi-weekly at petco. done. there's a petsmart down the street
