- AAA GWORL NAMED K I Y A4 days ago1.0Tina the groomer made me feel very uncomfortable about leaving my fur baby with her. When we arrived, she was told that we were here and shouted out “HUHHHH I DON’T WANT TO DO IT.” Very unprofessional and not a way to conduct Petco’s grooming. I didn’t feel that my dog would be in great care. I asked for a manager, and no manager was available. I then spoke with leader Mikaila, who didn’t acknowledge the situation or apologize. No accommodation was given, so I canceled the grooming, as I did not feel that my dog would be safe.

I have 1 gecko to feed and that's overkill for my pet needs. I will take my business elsewhere bc I will buy more than I need and the rest will die, forcing me to lose $. Im sure I won't have a problem getting what I need from pet store elsewhere.
