When we arrived, she was told that we were here and shouted out “HUHHHH I DON’T WANT TO DO IT.” Very unprofessional and not a way to conduct Petco’s grooming. I didn’t feel that my dog would be in great care. I asked for a manager, and no manager was available. I then spoke with leader Mikaila, who didn’t acknowledge the situation or apologize. No accommodation was given, so I canceled the grooming, as I did not feel that my dog would be safe.
