A manager, whose name I have yet to confirm, decided to sell me a vital care subscription under the guise that I would be saving money. It turned out to be quite shady and deceitful. She neglected to mention that it was a 12-month commitment and instead lied and said that I could cancel at any time. She also didn't mention that I was going to be double charged because they would, halfway through the subscription, change the plan that was agreed upon to something more expensive WITHOUT CONSULTING ME. Customer service refuses to give me a refund. They wouldn't even cancel the membership until I said I rehomed the pets. The manager at the store who I spoke with on the phone today did not help either. Whatever you do, do not purchase Petco vital care. It is clearly a scam. And whatever incompetent manager did this, you will be seeing karma in action real soon
