If there is ever a problem, which there usually aren't the handlers immediately call me and let me know. The hours are good, no specific times for pick-ups or drop-offs (outside their normal business hours) and no extra fees if you are "late" getting your dog (unlike many of the other facilities in the area)! The prices are good and they offer some great package deals and deals for having more than one dog! I have no problems trusting my dogs to the handlers at Happy Paws and love all of them so much for what they do! Couldn't live without them

Unfortunately , I lost Archie in August to illness . If and when I have the heart to get another doodle , we will definitely be going back to Happy Paws .
