Kept trying to call the store, no answer from grooming dept. or front desk. So many things wrong here. When checked after two and a half hours was told they needed 40 more minutes. Then she was grooming another dog. Poor job, hit my dog’s nose with a razor while shaving lip, just careless. Will never return. Cancelled my membership.
