Employee said “unfortunately we would not be able to sell you a guinea pig, because you already have one.” She said she would go verify with manager, came back and repeated what she said. What??? Just a few weeks prior my daughter had asked the same question and was told there was a grace period to return and I was wanting to confirm as we were ready to purchase. It’s the dumbest thing I ever heard, do you ask every person if they have other pets and refuse to sell? How ridiculous. Lost a customer.
