- MJMelissa JulianNov 12, 20251.0They kept postponing spay although the membership was paid for then because they kept postponing it my dog went thru her first heat and was starting her second heat and they charged us over $125 extra because she was in heat. They didn't tell us about extra when she was dropped off. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!

BUT first off, when you guys send an email for 9:45am, that DOESN'T mean 10:30. If a customer doesn't show up onto for THEIR appointment, that's on them, not you as a business. BUT it's another thing, to waste my time when I had to be at work @ 10:30 on the dot. So, how does that make any sense email me saying that the appointment is at 9:45? AND the lady on the phone says "we'll get her in here in a second." A second means a couple mins right? NOT 15 Minutes. 10:00am hits and now I'm late for work. Thanks a lot guys.

I had trouble getting there at my appointment time one day, so they said I could drop off my pet for about three hours and pick him up on my way home from work. We like the”Wellness Program” it’s very affordable, covers the cost of shots and just about anything that I can think of. It’s a very comprehensive Program and when you leave, you’ll know what the next appointment is for and when it is! Grooming is great as well! It’s in the same building but separate from the Vetrinarian.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
