POOR POOR establishment, I go here a lot and spend tons of money this is like the 3rd time this has happened I’m done! PETSMART for now on I would recommend everyone else who reads this to go anywhere but here!!!
- CMCaley MiltonOct 15, 20255.0These 5 stars belong to Dylan! I have not had the friendliest experience with fish stores in the past so going in is always anxiety inducing! I went in with my two small boys, one who had just lost his beta. Dylan was so patient and kind. He spoke directly to my son and instead of criticizing our set up (which is adequate but not ideal for some) he told my son what he could get that would be successful in our set up! Dylan also educated us on real plants in the tanks and I trusted him to just pick them for me! We all left happy and with fish that would be successful in what we had. We were not pressured to buy more or anything different, Dylan met us where we were and happily educated not only myself but my sons as well! Quite honestly he is the sole reason I would return. While I have never had a bad experience at this Petco in Lake Geneva the experience was exceptional because of Dylan’s caring and commitment to the animals and educating the community.
