  Not everyone likes your dog dude. I'm tired of having to pass the "is your dog friendly with my husky" test just to get into petco. I do not bring either of my canines to your establishment anymore. I don't want them socializing with your dog, I don't like your dog, I don't appreciate you dropping the leash to allow your dog to greet mine, which clearly doesn't like your dog either. We don't have to like your dog to enter the store, but it seems we do.

  Dylan & Crystal are both great informative workers, we recently got a ball python and they both gave me really good feedback and advice! I had an encounter with Mel I believe her name is; got super bothered while trying to ask for information and advice, took a big sigh and was clearly irritated. Not professional what so ever; then we asked her if she could please help us purchase a live mouse, completely ignored our question and hollered at the cashier “Can you get it for them” super rude. But other than that interaction, I love Lake Geneva Petco.

  I come in the Lake Geneva location probably 1 time a month. Manager who has blond hair will make eye contact then head to office. Never willing to help. Always sent back and forth to who will get me crickets and mice. The new employees are always kind and helpful. Young boy with dog at work is exceptional and the checkout girl I had on last visit was also great.

  Like many others that have tried to purchase fish here, I had the same experience. I informed them that I do have a 10 gallon with very 2 small feeder gold fish (30 cent feeders) to get the tank initially started 5.5 weeks ago and can move them to a very large decorative vase Temporarily. I was told that was animal cruelty!!!! (Yet they have lots of dead fish in their tanks and are also in the same size tanks I have at home as well as bettas in the smallest environment) I was told I NEED TO HAVE. A 20gal. Again this was going to be a temporary situation. Just like I had informed them that I had had all kinds of fish before and AWARE they get bigger over time.... they refused me for 2 very small angel fish. Just wanted to get the ones I had picked out and home as they were already in the same size tank anyways. So I am not sure what the difference is if they are in that size tank there or in the same size in my home temporarily. At least then I could have enjoyed them at home while I got an additional tank set up. 0 🌟 I was talked to like a child and below them. Was also given the death stare by a female employee as if she was trying to intimidate me. Just go to a mom and pop place instead, They need your money and support more than a big company like this. They claim to care about pets yet the living conditions most of time if not all of the time are ridiculous. If if that was the case, none of the animals would be in such small and crowded confinements as they are.
