Don’t hire groomers that can’t do the entire job. Upon arrival I was told the groomer that had my dog was unable to clip his nails due to a note they put in his file that he’s a little difficult.so I asked if I could at least get Vas today and bring him back to get his nails clipped, but they told me that would be an additional cost. I’m going to find a different groomer someone that can do the entire job and probably cheaper. They give my miniature a bath, clip his nails and do his glands (no trimming hair ) $55+ tip.

- LWLinda WDec 18, 20254.0First, the grooming department gets a 6! They are always there and do a great job. We try to use the same groomer because she is absolutely fantastic! I really hate to give her name because she is already so popular (and so nice)! The 4 rating is because sometimes in the past, the staff have been so-so in the store. It does appear they might have a new manager and she greeted us today when we came into the store after dropping off the dogs for grooming. And they were very helpful in finding what we were seeking. My main issue is not with the store but with the website/app. A lot of the time I cannot get in and other times I can't access the information/coupons I need. Today, I could not find the coupon for my free grooming that my email indicated would be there after booking my appointment. Thankfully, customer service was very accomodating and sent me the coupon code via email. The point is that I shouldn't have to be calling with issues on the app that happen so frequently.
