  I went into the store to purchase the pet safe filters for my cats, water fountain, and it asked the manager who I found out. I was talking to if I could get credit for the points that I’ve created on my daughter’s account she said we’ll just add you to her account and she did it with such pleasing response, very great customer service with a smile that’s why I’ll keep going back

  My husband and I are so thankful for the outstanding training experience we had with Jason at the Janesville Petco. We recently wrapped up a series of classes with our one‑year‑old rescue pup, Oaklee, and as first‑time puppy parents, we were honestly overwhelmed in the beginning. We had no idea how much guidance we would need—or how transformative the right trainer could be. Jason was an absolute gem from day one. He didn’t just train our dog; he trained us as well. His patience, kindness, and genuine passion for helping families build strong, healthy relationships with their pets were evident in every session. He took the time to explain the “why” behind each technique, celebrated every small win with us, and never made us feel discouraged when we struggled. Because of his steady support, we gained the fundamentals and confidence we were missing, and Oaklee has blossomed into a more focused, responsive, and secure pup. It’s clear that Jason brings exceptional skill and heart to his work. Petco is incredibly fortunate to have someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly invested in the success of both pets and their people. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
