She was very kind and careful with Harriet and did not seem to be bothered by my dog's reactive "enthusiasm". She made a good judgement call and substituted a more appropriate treatment when the one I requested was not indicated. Harriet and I will be back to see Monique again.

When I arrived to pick up my dog, she asked me how I liked the way she cut the tail and even did few touch-ups on the spot to make sure I was satisfied. We are very happy with our experience and will be back!
