    This review is specifically for the grooming salon, NOT the Petco retail store itself. I'm writing this review based on the experience my wife had at the grooming salon when she brought in our cat, Whitney, for her appointment. After booking the appointment, I personally received 20+ accidental butt-dial calls from the salon, followed by several more afterward. When my wife arrived, she realized she had forgotten the updated rabies paperwork. We understand that was our mistake. However, the receptionist reportedly handled the situation with repeated rude chuckling, visible annoyance, sighing, and dismissive behavior while my wife tried to calmly find solutions. My wife offered multiple options, including contacting our vet directly to confirm the vaccine date, which ultimately worked. Then she was told the appointment had only been booked as a wash instead of the shave I specifically requested when scheduling. Again, the response she described was rude and irritated, as though she was the problem. My wife remained polite the entire time and left the salon in tears because of how embarrassed and uncomfortable she was made to feel. This review is not about the store itself, only the grooming salon. We will absolutely be finding a better grooming salon so we never have to deal with that salon again.

    A lot of staff but no one to ring me up. 8 mins upfront by myself for the team member to look at me walk back to the aisle and slowly walk up to check me out with an attitude. Only go to this location since they’re the only one with my dog preferred food.

    How does a dog get refused service for being matted?? Where does it say that they can refuse service for that? And on top of that which is funny… the dog was pre groomed!!! She was combed out before going in she has thick fur and is a mini Berna doodle so she is tiny… this place is ridiculous honestly

    If I could give them no stars, I would. I had my appointment set for 1030. Nobody came to the front desk to acknowledge me when I came in for 15 minutes. I said hello multiple times nobody in the store acknowledge me what is the point of making an appointment that when I get to the appointment? This was completely a waste of time for me to drive 30 minutes away from my home for absolutely nothing

    I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism. I made an appointment for my dog, Kangol, over three weeks ago. I then received a voicemail from your store saying that the schedule time for tomorrow, March 28, had been messed up, but that there were some earlier appointment times available. For the past two days, I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to resolve this. I have left four voicemails and even sent a text message, and I still have not received a single call back. I specifically stayed in town this weekend to make sure I could keep this appointment after waiting three weeks. At this point, the lack of response is very disappointing. This situation feels both unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would appreciate someone contacting me as soon as possible to address this and confirm whether my dog will still be seen.
