- KSKatherine SNov 21, 20251.0This facility saw our dog for an exam this year, and our dog was prescribed Nexgard and Heart Guard Plus. Our dog has always been on Nexgard Plus (because it does the same thing as Nexgard and Heart Guard Plus together, as told by our previous vets prior to us moving). They denied our pharmacy's request to fill the prescription multiple times, and it's been about a month going back and forth now. Customer service was extremely unhelpful throughout, as I was instructed verbatim that there should be no reason for them to deny Nexgard Plus and to replace the order (after they originally rejected it). They refused to have anyone from the clinic review our request and refused to assist in this process. I even had one (out of 3 trying to help us figure this out) of the pharmacists who called on our behalf say they had never experienced such incompetence with a clinic before. I truly cannot imagine had this been a medication our dog needed urgently. I would highly suggest getting re-established elsewhere.
