I scheduled a puppy visit and vaccine for my puppy and when I got there I was told I should just use the pet clinic because it’s more cost friendly. Basically was brushed off like I’m poor and didn’t even care to provide the services they “so call” offer. They kept telling me my puppy was too small for vaccines and they don’t do vaccines until the puppies are 8-10 weeks. I let the rep know my puppy was 8 weeks but she didn’t care. She just kept saying he’s too small.
Horrible service also. They called me 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they’re a hospital and not the clinic. I don’t see why you would offer puppy visits and then turn people away when they arrive. Worst service ever. Definitely won’t me taking any of my pets there for any services.

I had my dog looked at for bad ear infections that are reoccurring. I was presented with an antibiotic and wanted to see if it was cheaper online. It was not. I bought it from them and they said that I could get a second bottle whenever I need it. It was easy to give the med to my dog because he is used to ear drops. We ran out of the medicine in 3 or 4 days. We tried to get some before the weekend to find out that they were closed Friday until the next Tuesday. No answering service and no online access granted to the already written prescription. We had access to the prescriptions when we first left the hospital.
Not even close to the same service as the vaccine clinics.

OK, where do I start so I had a vet but they closed down which I’m not surprised cause they wasn’t very good so I’ve been on a search for a new veterinarian my baby girl just had puppies so I know I need to get first time shots and I need to find a new vet very desperately at this point and dewormer medicine stuff like that so I go to Petco and it’s just like a money scheme with a lot of these vets. Of course they got the first exam free coupon online but they make sure they add in everything else to take up for that. The receptionist was nice. The veterinarian assistant was OK and until we got to the payment portion, she the first invoice she sent me. She forgot to ask them some stuff then the second invoice she sent me has the no exam on there for $90 which she said will be taken off at the end plus some other things I initially went in because my baby had diarrhea and I know she had worms in her. Her puppies need to be treated. I was trying to wait until I brought them all in for their first vaccines that they’re eight week mark, but I decided to bring her in early because the diarrhea has gotten free bad over the last two days and then she had like a lump on her chest. The veterinarian first thought was sick and had the sniffles, even though she really tried to fight through it and she saying really nice she told me that the lump on my baby‘s chest was something and reminded her of her dog or her cat wanted her or two but with a baby I’m like what’s that she like you know like a BB gun I’m like what absolutely not like are you serious? She like well how long have you had her? I was she a stray I’m like well she was 11 months but no I would’ve noticed that so I’m like OK then she goes to tell me it’s gonna be $200 to test. It ended up only being like $150. I feel like she only Said that because they did not want to do it hopefully they really didn’t do the test and it wasn’t fake assistant brings her back in after the test if if she did very well, she might have a little drainage. Then the assistant comes back in and has me the diarrhea medicine that we forgot to get our nails trimmed so when she take her out, I looked the medicine And it was on Amazon for about $40 cheaper when she come back in I’ll ask her like is this OK to give her on a daily basis after this is finished because on Amazon it had over 17,000 good reviews if people saying that they give it to their pets daily she like oh no, I don’t think that would be good after I went back-and-forth with her a couple times she was like well let me go ask and then she come back and say yeah she said why not I really wanted to say here you can take this off of my bill. I will order it myself, but I did it. Send that it will probably take some little time for it to come and I want us to get in going right away then the most craziest part about this visit is at the end. She tells me my bill is $330 and I’m like where is the $30 coming from on my receipt it said 389 take away the $90 for the free exam. It was like 299. She kept going back-and-forth with me finally she went and got the receptionist and the receptionist came and was like no $.30. I’m like I kept saying do you mean 30% and she kept saying no 330 I’m like you can tell they’re playing a game but when they see they couldn’t pull one over on me. They finally was like oh no $.30 I’m like whatever and the other assistant was like. Oh I’m not the original receptionist I don’t know and I’m just like this is crazy so I just stay here in my car outside for the last hour after my visit trying to find another place because I refuse to have my babies going somewhere with all they care about is the money And I was told by a 24 hour veterinarian that I called when my baby was having her puppies they helped me Over the phone coached me through everything didn’t ask anything about any money or they have to see them guys has been good advice and was very nice and asked them. Did they have any recommendations in a recommended Bluemound veterinarian Hospital so I’m gonna really try to get them in there. I hope this help.
