I errored in entering the right size on the appointment and they were going to cancel because the stylist who was going to trim him had lifting restrictions. So they found a different person to complete it. I should have left. It was terrible. They claim he has such bad Matts on the hair on the back legs that they shaved it down to the skin. He was not that matted. The legs were trimmed but nothing else. I'm not sure if they really bathed him. And then I told them he can't have chicken treats. They told me they don't give treats....he was sick for the next week! The service along with the attitude given will keep me away. My golden did not deserve that treatment. On top of all of this I was charged for xlarge dog which he is not and long hair which he is not.
