- MMMelanieJan 3, 20261.0Worst customer service ever. The employees gave me the wrong medicine for my cat. When i tried to return it they refused to give me my money back and only gave me store credit, mind you the product was not used. I've made multiple appointments with the vet to get my cat a physical and they have continuously cancelled my appointments and they don't even text, call, or email that it was cancelled so you just find out on the spot. The vet can't ever answer their phone and when they do they are the most rude and unfriendly people. They promote that online the first vet visit is free and then the vet wants to make charges over the phone. The vet hours aren't ever in accordance to what they have online and when speaking with one of the store employees she basically said "they are here when they want to be". Do not waste your time taking your pets here for services. Pet Smart does such a better job with animal care.

The groomer proceeded to roll her eyes and be very rude towards me my entire experience, I did not appreciate that considering it is your job.

Nina was loving and gentle with our Labrador, she went in happy and came out even happier! She smelled wonderful afterward, too. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the grooming location being farther inside the store rather than at the entrance. Otherwise, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Nina.

Once I came back and picked up my dog the “ new” employee had tons of excuses as to why my dog didn’t get the proper cleaning, especially her ears. She was “ moving a lot “ well when you’re there for 3 hours you might get antsy as a dog with energy. This was my 2nd attempt at this business and so I’ll never return for the grooming or overpriced dog food. She was a husky breed and we will be going back to her original groomer
