Took my 5 month old cat here because he needed a booster shoot between my regular vet appointment. The woman who checked us in was nice and she handled my cat well. When we got back by the technician and the vet, the technician immediately started scuffing my cat pretty hard. He was very calm and not aggressive to start with so there was no reason to grab him in that manner. He was pretty scared after that but just sat there. She even scuffed him to put him in the carrier which I did not like. Again, he is a very friendly cat, no need to be rough to “subdue” him when he’s already calm. My regular vet has never scruffed either of my cats before as they are both very friendly. I’m okay with holding them while giving shots and such, but it doesn’t need to be pulling his entire face back so much so that his eyes looked bulgy. The staff was otherwise friendly and the price was good. Do not recommend if you have an already anxious pet. It would probably make their vet anxiety worse.

Quick, easy and inexpensive l. No office visit like the expensive animal hospital veterinarian office.

We had a 14 year old lab mix that developed a respiratory problem. They got us in when no one else could. The meds helped but he started to get sick again. They got us in within two hours. They took x rays and found possible pneumonia unfortunately our boy crashed in my girlfriend’s arms. She screamed and Dr. Ted was there in seconds with 2 techs. Nothing they could do, but they were completely sensitive to us. They let us stay with him as long as we needed. We’ve used them for other pets and have always experienced compassionate service.
