Kim and Dr. Ted are amazing! Super nice and compassionate. They took great care of my cat and listened to all my questions and concerns. Will definitely be returning to vetco and recommend vetco to anyone.

I took my dog in today for a leg exam due to slipping and they had me get an X-ray. Come to find out it’s apparently bone cancer, a tumor was inside her bone according to the older lady that came in, but to really have an answer if that is bone cancer a biopsy would need to be performed, so for them to even tell me that is unprofessional. Then when they were giving us the news they were saying just give her a lot of treats and love her the most you can, basically accepting her fate, but in reality if the cancer hasn’t spread there are options to extend her life span. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they lack professionalism in multiple aspects.
I am very happy with the treatment my cat received from Dr. Ted and the whole staff at Vetco. It was my first time using the hospital and I will be back. They got us in quickly at our appointment time and did a thorough exam, discussed treatment options in detail, and treated her efficiently (she is a hissy, grumpy cat so them being able to just handle her was amazing in and of itself!). I highly recommend them.

Edit: after I made this review and contacted the BBB Vetco tried to “make things write with me” they called me and told me that I had signed a form giving permission to have them do the ultrasound. I was very confused because they never asked me to sign anything when I was there ever. I asked her to forward the email to me of what I signed and I will attach an image of what they said I signed versus my signature. It’s ridiculous that they would forge my signature and lie to me about it. I went into vetco and they immediately told me that I had to leave because they know they are in the wrong. please bring your business elsewhere to a real vet.
I had a very concerning experience at Vetco.
I brought my cat in because he suddenly began urinating outside of his litter box, something he has never done before. I was told they would perform a urinalysis. My cat was taken out of the room for less than one minute and I was told he “did really good.”
After I got home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed I had been charged for an ultrasound that was never discussed with me and never consented to. This immediately raised red flags. An ultrasound would require more time, shaving, and gel. My cat was not shaved and there was no gel residue when he was returned.
When I called the next day, Ted Greif claimed gel had been applied and wiped off, which does not align with the timeline. I then asked for documentation proving the ultrasound was performed and was told there is no documentation. Despite this, I was refused a refund.
To make matters worse, when I asked Dr. Greif for a customer service number, I was given Dr. Ted Greifs personal phone number and told, “I am customer service.”
I would not have had an issue if the procedure had been discussed, consented to, and documented. Being charged for a medical service without proof or consent is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
