They talk down to you like you're stupid and don't know what you're doing when you ask them to buy fish. They also feel the need to give their input when you didn't ask for it but they don't offer to help you or ask you if you need help when you're obviously looking at buying fish. And the only time I ever took my dog to Vetco at this location, I felt terrible for my 80 pound dog as they dragged her literally backwards through the door into the back. They didn't even try to get her to walk with them they just pulled her backwards.

I asked the questions I needed to ask to ensure I was making the right decision, lady with the glasses told me one thing and then when I was ready to purchase a fish I was then told by the same lady and another lady no because of my size tank, thing is the First Lady already had told me it was possible but then changed her answer when there was the other lady present and I called her out for basically lying to me in the first place. I simply said thank you and walk out. And to the other lady, I was being completely respectful and she was not nice about it, if a customer asking questions bother you so much maybe don’t work here?
