    Everything about this clinic is wonderful, especially the staff. I started coming here when my first dog tore her CCL. They performed TPLO surgery for her and continued to provide support as she aged, as she developed significant arthritis. While at an appointment for her, we met the sweetest adoptable cat in their lobby and were lucky enough to make her part of our family. Her name is Agatha now and we still bring her here for all her appointments. Yhe staff continues to be amazing for everything she needs, including a couple dental procedures.

    Dr Gina is a wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and caring vet. After careful evaluation of our much loved black lab, she had to share some heartbreaking news. As difficult as it was to hear, she shared his diagnosis with compassion and kindness, patiently answering all of our questions and discussing possible options and next steps. Dr Gina called as soon as she received additional test results, taking time away from her vacation. Our lives changed in a few moments, but we will always remember her kindness.

    Heartbroken and Deeply Disappointed I am incredibly saddened by my experience with Packerland Veterinary center. After trusting them with the care of my beloved Labrador, Prince Jackson, including an ACL surgery, I later learned that he was suffering from advanced bone cancer --something this clinic completely missed, not once, but twice, on x-rays and also in lab work. What's even more upsetting is the lack of accountability or communication. l've made multiple attempts to reach out with honest questions about how this could have been overlooked, and my calls have gone unanswered. I was even hung up on. I haven't received a single follow-up or explanation. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but from a place of deep heartbreak - and with the hope that no other pet parent has to experience this. Prince Jackson is not "just a dog" -- he's family. And like so many others, I placed my trust in professionals to do the right thing. That trust has been broken.
