- JJJApr 4, 20261.04/4/26 at 3:50pm. I think a review in procedures is needed. They were confused with even the checking in process then They freaked out my dog by hunching over his body and restraining him before any pets or treats or anything simply for a heart rate check, then when he whined out of anxiety of BEING HELD DOWN. They freaked out and muzzled him and held him down again to attempt a second time. He yelped again and they told me they couldnt see him. This is an 8 year old dog who has been seen by many vets with no problems and at no time has he been restrained. I think retraining and a review of procedures is needed this place caused more anxiety then needed
- SCSelena CordesDec 26, 20252.0The vet was nice enough What I was supposed to get a discount on my vaccines because one of my appointments was canceled because of them being short staffed and when I asked three separate times of the discount was applied they said yes and that was wrong. It wasn’t when I get home. I noticed the discrepancy I called the Vetco number online. They said too late. Please just make sure to watch your bill to be that you’re being charged according
